The European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) is an internationally recognised qualification. By improving your skills, you will be able to work more efficiently in your job, at home or with IT in general. Both levels follow a structured syllabus working through a series of separately assessed modules covering specific knowledge areas and skills.
The level 1 unit is designed to give you an initial overview of the Spreadsheet office software to help you gain an ICT qualification.
This will allow you to use simple formulae to calculate values, sort and filter data and present data in a graphical format as a chart. (L1 Spreadsheets).
The level 2 unit gives you a more indepth experience of the Spreadsheet office software allowing you to work towards a qualification at this level. This unit will allow you to enter data and format worksheets, to create charts and produce high-quality documents. (Level 2 Spreadsheets)
You will work through a variety of exercises to suit your learning needs and will work individually, in pairs or in groups led by a specialist teacher.
