Over the course, you will learn key techniques and processes, including Free Motion embroidery, producing tactile samples. You will also gain confidence using your machine for decorative purposes and discover ways to apply methods to clothing or home textiles. Machine Embroidery is an exciting design technique, which can also incorporate the use of recycled fabrics or remnants, in the development of unique visual outcomes or personalised items.

This course is for anyone aged 19 or over. Previous experience using a sewing machine for basic stitching is required.

This course will be delivered online. You will need access to the internet and an email account. Your teacher will contact you on a weekly basis through email and zoom.
