The aim of this qualification is to recognise the application of a range of IT user skills and knowledge in the workplace, meeting employer workforce demands.
The course requires learners to document around 6 hours of study each week with up to 3 hours online with your teacher. You will be required to work independently on a workbook and other resources, all of which are supported by tutorials and other activity from the specialist teacher. It is essential that learners have access to a computer with Microsoft™ Office 2010 or later installed.
If you are new to ALSS or have been out of education for some time you will be required to attend an Introduction to Level 3 course.
