Catering to specific diets can be a struggle and never more so that at Christmas. If you’re concerned that the staples are off the menu this year, then we may be able to help. We are offering 2 taster demonstration classes just in time for 25th December.

Recipes shared on the course are ideal for anyone with coeliac disease or who need a gluten free diet.

Raise Your Yorkshire Pudding Game
Friday, 16th December 2022 from 9.30am until 11.30am – Selby Training Room

Gluten-free Yorkshire puddings can rise just as well as their counterparts. And the really good news is – they taste just as good.
Come along to our demonstration session to see how to make the perfect gluten free Yorkshire pudding everytime.
During the session you will:
• Identify the ingredients for gluten free Yorkshire puddings
• Discuss challenges of a gluten free diet
• Take the gluten free taste challenge – can you spot the difference?


This course is a hybred course and will be taught both online and in the classroom.

  • Qualification courses at Level 2 or below are FREE if your individual employed/self employed income is below £20,319.
  • If you have not yet achieved a Level 3 qualification or equivalent, you could learn for FREE.
  • Don’t worry if you have already gained a Level 3 qualification, but want to change your career path and try something new – you can apply for an Advanced Learner Loan which you start to pay back when you earn over £27,295.
  • From April 2023, some Level 3 courses will be available for FREE to adults who are unemployed or earning below the National Living Wage annually (£20,319), even if you already have a Level 3 qualification or higher.
