We will discuss recipes and suggested alternatives that can be added to make your meals go further and appeal to all your family. With the emphasis on using slow cookers to reduce your utility bills and other cost cutting appliances and ways to reduce waste and costs. Numeracy will be shown how important it can be placed alongside everyday tasks especially preparing and cooking food.
