This is a face to face course which will introduce learners to anxiety and stress management. The intent of the course is for learners to demonstrate a greater understanding of anxiety, stress and mental health and how to manage any problems associated with these areas.
To enable learners to apply the strategies learned to their own life, building personal and professional resilience.
By the end of the course, learners will have gained valuable insights and practical tools to help them manage any anxiety, stress and mental ill health and to support others who may be dealing with any issues. The course can lead to applying for accredited health and social care courses.
