Have fun, get creative and make something personal for your home when you join our wreath making course.
The session looks at traditional techniques using a variety of festive additions.
You will be guided throughout the process and take home everything you make on the day.

To be eligible for funding for courses you must be over 19 years of age as at 31st August 2024 and not be an apprentice, further eligibility may be linked to where you live and we will check that at enrolment stage and may contact you for further information or refer you to alternative provision.



A carrier bag of foliage of your choice for the wreath. You can also bring dried oranges or other interesting decorations Optional - an apron.


You will get feedback through the session.


You will gain the confidence and skills to create your own seasonal wreath.

Throughout your time learning with us, you will also have developed a whole range of skills that can be transferred from your course to a working environment, your home life or your own personal development.
Skills such as time management, organisation, research skills, networking and presenting ideas are all part of your learning journey along with decision making, problem solving and overcoming obstacles. All these skills will help you to become a confident, self-motivated person and will assist you on your chosen pathway.


Other personal and professional development courses will be available to you including a range of accredited and well-being courses such as Art and crafts, Starting your owns business online, Level 1 Employability, Level 1 Customer Service, Awareness of Safeguarding, Cooking on a Budget Level 1 Award in preparing to work in schools, Level 2 Team Leading, Level 1 & Level 2 Maths or English. Your teacher will discuss these with you.

Helping you financially

  • English, maths and computing courses (up to level 1) are FREE subject to eligibility (adult learners aged 19+ at 31st August 2024)
  • Reduced course fees for non-qualification courses if you receive a qualifying benefit.
  • Qualification courses at Level 2 or below are FREE if your income is below £25,000
  • Discretionary Learner Support funding relating to cover fees, books etc (qualifications only) T&C apply.
  • Pay for your course in instalments via direct debit (over £100), ask for details.
  • 19+ Advanced Learner Loans for Level 3 courses and above – no repayments until you earn over £25,000
