This course is designed to empower learners to imagine and work towards their best possible selves. Through a combination of self-reflection, goal setting, using strategies to enhance various aspects of their lives. This journey will inspire learners to unlock their full potential and live a more fulfilling and purpose-driven life. It will be delivered through a combination of teaching, interactive discussions, group activities; and goal setting. The following topics will be covered: Understanding the best possible self concept; Goal setting and personal growth; Exploring positive emotions and strengths; Building resilience; Action planning and implementation.
