Wellbeing courses can be useful to everyone. Our ‘Positive Relationships’ course will support you maintain honesty, trust and respect throughout those challenging and difficult times.
Through the Positive Relationships course, you will build confidence in speaking and listening as well as recognising that compassion, trust and communication is important to keep relationships strong. You will learn the importance of transparency, trust and acceptance to help you to keep relationships healthy.
Our Work/Life Balance course supports you to make friends and communicate in informal situations. It will also help you to recognise how to embrace change and remain in control.
