Creative writing Chapter 1 is a fun and therapeutic way of building confidence, developing creativity and practising key language skills.
Channel your flair for storytelling, script writing or poetry or help process your emotions by writing a memoir, script or poem about a significant event in your life.
During the course you will have opportunities to:
• experiment with different writing styles
• plan a short piece of creative writing (imaginary or based on a real-life event)
• learn how to devise a plotline or timeline
• learn how to describe setting and characters
• learn how to expand your word craft
• learn how to proofread your work for spelling, grammar and punctuation errors.
This course is for absolute beginners who would like to start their creative writing journey.
